Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the coverdt. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Period:

You have 7 working days to request a return.

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at thecoverdd@gmail.com with the following information:

- Your order number and name

- The reason for the return

- The item(s) you wish to return

A member of our team will respond with the return procedures.

Condition of Items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing:
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
